We purchase multifamily properties that have great potential but are in need of some TLC. With our market research, proven systems and a superstar team we increase the value of these properties. Increasing the value = increased profits. Our goal is always to yield strong returns on our investments and to provide great housing for our tenants.
Who we are
We are Heather and Dave Greenhalgh. We started investing in real estate to create the best life for our children, that is the reason we named our company Kin (that’s family in Gaelic). We also realized that our traditional investments wouldn’t provide us with the retirement we desired and would have to create that for ourselves. Real estate has enabled us to achieve our goals faster than we had ever dreamed. We are driven, dedicated and focused. The way we see it….This is just the beginning!
